Our Process
Six unhurried steps, unchanged for generations — because good ghee simply cannot be rushed.
Milk Collection
Fresh A2 milk is sourced from Gir and Kankrej cows raised on open, grass-fed pastures in the Gujarat–Kutch region.
Traditional Bilona Method
Curd is set overnight and hand-churned with a wooden bilona to slowly separate pure white butter — no machines involved.
Slow Heating
The butter is simmered over a low, steady flame for hours, allowing natural aromas and flavour to develop fully.
Quality Testing
Each batch is checked for purity, texture, and aroma before it's approved for packaging — no exceptions.
Packaging
Ghee is hand-poured into clean, sealed jars while still warm, locking in freshness and preventing contamination.
Delivery
Your order is dispatched within 24-48 hours and delivered straight to your doorstep, fresh and ready to use.

Some Things Shouldn't Be Rushed
A single batch of Swamini Foods ghee can take days to prepare from start to finish. In a world of instant everything, we've chosen to stay slow — because it's the only way we know to make ghee that truly tastes the way it should.
